• All of our high quality refurbished appliances come with a 30 day parts and labor, repair or replace warranty at no additional charge so you have a little extra peace of mind.

• Replacement is at dealer’s discretion (equal or lesser value). All sales are final. There are No Refunds.

• A 15%  CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL CANCELLED ORDERS 

• Your warranty is automatically voided if any repairs are done to the appliances by anyone other than T-Town Appliance

EXTENDED WARRANTY

• Our Extended warranties are available for purchase and are worth purchasing. The warranty covers parts and labor. If the appliances cannot be repaired, we will replace it. 

• It must be purchased before the 30 day warranty expires. If your warranty has expired , regular repair fees applies.  

• LABOR  FEES are $100 an hour PLUS parts.

T-Town Appliance shall not be responsible for any damage caused by appliance installation such as: water leaks, torn floors, and scratched cabinets and/or walls, fire or flooding

 

Any Misuse or abuse; improper transportation and/or set up; attempting to fix appliance and then call us;

improper use of appliance or any 

modifications to appliances voids the warranty

The Warranty does not cover damage made by a customer; cosmetic damage, roach and rodent infestation from customers home that causes the appliance to malfunction, and product malfunction due to lightning strikes

This policy shall be in affect from the date on the receipt until the end of the warranty period.

Here is how the warranty works

if appliances were picked up: 

                                     1). You can bring your appliance back to the store for repair or replacement (at

dealer's discretion). We will do our best to match your appliances exactly

or give a comparable replacement.

                                          2). We can service your appliance at your residence during your warranty period.
